A: Simply browse our collection, add your favourite vases to your cart, and proceed to checkout. We accept major debit and credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
A: If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we’ll do our best to accommodate changes. Please email us as soon as possible at info@t5d7h.com with your order number.

Q: Do you offer free delivery in the UK?
A: Yes — orders over £50 ship free within the UK. Orders under £50 are charged £5.99.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Absolutely. International shipping is a flat £20, and free for orders over £250.

Q: How long does delivery take?
A:

UK Orders: 2–4 business days after dispatch
International Orders: 7–15 business days depending on location

We’ll send a tracking number once your order is on its way.

A: We offer 30 days of free returns and exchanges. If your item isn’t quite right, just contact us and we’ll guide you through the process.

Q: How should I care for my vase?
A: We recommend gently wiping your vase with a soft cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners. If the vase is glazed, it may hold water; if unglazed, it is best used for dried arrangements or as a decorative piece.
